HOSA is a national leadership organization for students interested in health occupations. Dues are $20/ year. Students may apply for the program after successfully completing Biology I. In HOSA, there is a 3- year program which includes the Intern Program (2nd year) and the EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) program for seniors. Field activities include viewing surgeries, participating in blood drives, mass CPR training, and emergency scenarios and drills. All HOSA students are eligible to participate in local, state, and national competitions.
