High school students taking the SAP Leadership course are trained to work one-on-one with elementary and middle school students. During the summer before the class begins, there is a required one day training. Stratford students sign a pledge to remain alcohol and drug free and to follow all school rules and regulations. It is important that they remember they are role models to the younger children that they serve. Students will provide their own transportation to the elementary and middle school campuses; carpooling can be arranged in many circumstances.
