The purpose Jazz Dance classes is to introduce the fundamentals of various hip hop genres. Though students will not be assigned homework on a regular basis, they are asked to practice the steps taught during class to prepare for each skills test. All dance notes will be uploaded to the website. At the end of each semester, students will be assigned a choreography project that requires them to work in groups and master the use of some technology.
