About Me

This will be my sixth year at Stratford HS and 13th year overall. I will be teaching one section of Health Science, two sections of Principles of Health Science and one section of health.
Besides teaching in the classroom, I am also the assistant athletic trainer. I help take care of injuries, whether it is evaluation, treatment, or rehabilitation.
I attended West Texas A&M University and received my Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and my Master's degree in Sports and Exercise Science.

Tutotorials:

7:00 am - 7:30 am in the athletic training room, outside gym

Available after school by appointment only in the athletic training room.
