Stratford is on a nine-week grading cycle.
In Addition to being able to see grades on Parent Portal...
Report cards are mailed home after the first and fourth nine-weeks. Other academic progress reports are distributed to the students to take home. Progress reports will come out after three weeks and six weeks in each grading cycle to help parents and students keep tabs on how the student is doing in each class before the end of the grading period
- Questions about grades should be addressed to the teacher(s) involved.
- The teacher forwards corrections to the registrar.
- Corrections will be reflected on the next report card.
- Counselors advise the registrar when a student moves from an advanced class to an on-grade-level class at the end of a grading period. Grades are adjusted for changes made at the end of the first or second nine-weeks grading periods. The adjustment follows SBISD guidelines and can be found on SBISD website.
