Link Crew

Link Crew is a high school transition program at Stratford to welcome freshmen and make them feel comfortable throughout the first year of high school. One of our goals at Stratford is to increase freshmen success, and the Link Crew program will help us do that.

Link Crew begins with a powerful orientation day that makes freshmen excited and proud to be attending Stratford and allows them to begin developing relationships and strategies to be successful in high school.

After orientation, the Link Crew program continues, providing a variety of both Academic and Social Follow Up activities presented by trained Link Leaders throughout the year.  Through this program, students learn that people at school care about them and their success.
